On behalf of Clonmore Regeneration Group (CRG), and as part of his MSc Planning and Development studies at Queens University Belfast, Fintan McAliskey is conducting the community research that will inform a new Community-led Place Plan for Clonmore.
A place plan is a community-led document that outlines a vision for the future of a specific area, including proposals for land use and development. It’s a way for local communities to express their aspirations and influence how their area is shaped, addressing issues related to the built environment, community facilities, open space, and more.
This will involve an online questionnaire (available here), a focus group and some in depth interviews.
Everyone taking part in the research will be asked to provide their consent and confirm that they have read and understood the Participant Information Sheet, available below. Hard copies will also be available at the focus group meetings and in advance to individuals being interviewed.
