Club Membership Forms

Please see below for download, the Club membership forms for 2019.

There are two forms available for use:

1. The joint GAA & LGFA Membership form is only for female players on the Naomh Labhaoise teams, their coaches and the necessary Club officers. By completing this form you are applying to join or renew membership of both the GAA and the LGFA with Clonmore 2019 GAA & LGFA Membership Form

2. The GAA Membership form is for everyone else. By completing this form you are applying to join or renew membership of the GAA with Clonmore 2019 GAA Membership form

As passed at our General Meeting in 2018, Club membership fees are:

• Adult member £30
• Junior member (u18) £15
• Family membership (2 x Adult + all u18s living at the same address) £70

Fees are the same regardless of which membership form you complete.

PLEASE NOTE: Every individual member must complete a membership form this year, e.g. a family of four should return four completed forms along with the £70 fee.

Forms can be returned to the Club Registrar, Fintan McAliskey, at the Club Coffee Morning on 24^th March. Players can return completed forms at training but all forms must be returned no later than Wednesday 27^th March at 9pm.
